Wakatake is an all-purpose culinary Matcha that has the perfect balance of richness and sweetness, with a vibrant green color. Without imparting harsh bitter flavors, it highlights the signature green and grassy flavor of Matcha which still comes through at both high and low temperatures, making Wakatake suitable for hot and iced drinks, cream, pastries, and frozen desserts like premium ice cream.
